We collect account information you provide, usage and billing data, the prompts and outputs you generate, and technical device and log data needed to operate the Service.

We use information to provide and improve the Service, process billing, maintain security, prevent abuse and provide support.
Model training
By default, we do not use your prompts or generated outputs to train models. Where any optional improvement program exists, it is strictly opt-in.
Sharing & disclosure
We share data with service providers and with upstream model providers solely to fulfill your requests, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention & security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We apply encryption in transit and at rest and other best-effort safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or object to the processing of your personal data (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA). Contact us to exercise them.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
